7 to 184 clicks a month, and 374 calls in 6 months
Brand new site, zero paid ads. 1.57K clicks and 115K impressions over 16 months, and 374 calls from Google Search and Maps in the first half of 2026 alone, from people who needed a plumber now.
For local businesses comparing SEO plans
Three clear plans, month to month, no lock-in.
Local SEO packages are monthly plans that get a local business into the Google map pack and organic results for the services it sells. Mine come in three tiers: Starter at $2,000, Growth at $3,500 and Scale from $5,000 a month, all month to month, all with AI SEO and the same person doing the work.
Every plan includes the same core work as my local business SEO services and the same person doing it, and the price changes with how competitive your market is and how many locations you have. Here is what each local SEO package includes.
Google Business Profile / Service pages / Citations / Reviews / Local links / AI SEO
For one location in a normal market. Setup in months 1 to 3 with technical fixes and on-page work, a page for each main service, your Google Business Profile and core citations, links to your money pages every month and rankings tracked daily.
For businesses competing in busier local markets. Everything in Starter, plus service area pages built during setup, more links every month from stronger sites, full AI SEO and fixes when a ranking slips.
For several locations or franchise networks. Everything in Growth, plus pages and profiles for each location and link volume built around your markets, priced after the audit. Most of the extra work goes into keeping branches from competing with each other.
A monthly report with rankings and the calls and forms they bring, AI SEO, and month to month terms with 30 days' notice. The core profile work is the same as on all my ranking in the map pack projects.
Setup happens in the first three months, then the work keeps going: links, new pages and fixes. Rankings that are not maintained tend to slip as competitors keep working.
Pay per ranking deals tend to chase easy keywords nobody searches. A flat monthly fee keeps the work aimed at the searches that bring customers, and month to month terms mean you can still leave if it is not working.
Trades and home services
Plumbers, electricians, roofers and other trades get calls in a hurry, so the plan leans on the map pack, service area pages and reviews that mention the job.
Calls tracked, not just rankings.
REAL CLIENTS, REAL NUMBERS
Four local businesses I ranked from scratch: an electrician and a plumber with 744 calls between them in six months, a drain cleaning business that went from position 90 to the top 3, and a hair salon. Each one ran on the same core work every package includes.
Brand new site, zero paid ads. 1.57K clicks and 115K impressions over 16 months, and 374 calls from Google Search and Maps in the first half of 2026 alone, from people who needed a plumber now.
Launched with nothing, no clicks, no impressions. 2.09K clicks and 86K impressions over 16 months, and 370 calls from Google Search and Maps in the first half of 2026. No ad spend.
Urgent service where whoever ranks first takes the call. Tracked in SerpFox: one term from ~90 to top 3, another from 26 to 2nd, a third from the 50s to 2nd.
My first ever SEO project, my mom's salon. Grew to 1.19K clicks and 48K impressions, reaching positions 1-2 on Google for the searches that bring in clients.
For most local businesses, the prize is one of these three map spots, because that is where people call, book and ask for directions. Every package is built around winning and holding them across your area, with the website pages and organic rankings that back them up.

Whatever you pay each month, the report should show what was done, where you rank across your area and how many calls and forms came in. If a package cannot show that, you cannot tell whether it is worth the price.
Monthly SEO Report
Local SEO package, month 6Example report
| Keyword | Map pack | Organic |
|---|---|---|
| Main service + near me | #12 to #3 | #31 to #7 |
| Main service + town | #9 to #2 | #18 to #4 |
| Second service | #15 to #5 | #40 to #11 |
The ranking rows are an example layout. The calls and ad spend are real figures from the electrician and plumbing case studies.
Agency packages often look cheaper per month until you see that the work is split between account managers, juniors and outsourced link sellers. With me, every plan gets the same person doing the work, and the difference between tiers is how much work goes in, not who does it.

Three steps, the same on every plan, with more done each month on the bigger ones.
First, on the intro call and the roadmap call, I look at your market, your profile, your site and who holds the top three map spots. Then I recommend the plan that fits, and tell you if a smaller one would do or if SEO does not make sense for you yet.
Then come the setup months: profile categories and services, citations made consistent, a page for each main service and, on Growth and up, pages for the areas you cover. Technical problems on the site get fixed in the same window.
Then the monthly work: links to your money pages, review requests, new pages where the data shows demand and fixes when a ranking slips. You get a report each month with rankings across your area and the calls and forms they brought, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
A few simple rules, so you know exactly what to expect. They keep the work on results, not meetings.
A short intro call, then a second call where I walk you through your audit and plan. After that, things stay simple over email, and I reply within a day.
One clear report on the same date every month: your money keyword rankings, the calls they bring and the links I built.
Work starts once I have access to your Google Business Profile and main listings. It takes about 20 minutes.
If your site holds you back, I rebuild it once around the services you want to rank for. One review round, no endless redesigns.
A simple agreement, not a 12-month contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice, because it has to work for both of us.
Your website, content, profiles and accounts stay in your name. If we ever stop working together, you keep all of it.
If that sounds like how you like to work, send me your site. Book an Intro Call

Before comparing prices, work out how many new customers a month a plan has to bring to cover itself. Put in your numbers and try each plan price against them.
1. Your numbers
What one local customer is worth to you over time: the first job or visit plus repeat business and referrals.
Fill in both and your LTV updates above.
What you keep from each sale after the costs of delivering it (labor, materials, product or service costs). Leave at 100% to judge on revenue.
Out of 10 leads from Google (calls, forms, bookings, direction requests), how many become paying customers?
Nobody can promise an exact number, and keyword tools often undercount local searches. Try a few. I will give you a realistic range for your area on the intro call.

2. What it is worth

That is all it takes for SEO to pay for itself. Could Google bring you that many more a month?
If SEO brings 0 leads a month

Want a second opinion? I will check these numbers with you on the intro call, honestly.
An estimate from your own numbers, not a promise of results. SEO usually takes 4 to 12 months to build up.
The questions local business owners ask when comparing SEO prices.
Most SEO services cost from $1,500 to $10,000+ a month, depending on the market and the work involved. My plans start at $2,000 a month for Starter, $3,500 for Growth and from $5,000 for Scale.
Packages at a few hundred dollars a month usually mean automated citations, a template report and no links. That rarely moves rankings in a market with real competition. My plans pay for the time to do the work properly, by one person.
Map pack movement often shows in 2 to 4 months, and organic rankings in 4 to 6 months or more. Busy metros and competitive trades sit at the slower end.
Yes. Every plan is month to month with 30 days' notice, and you can move up or down a tier as your business changes.
Usually Scale. Each location needs its own profile, page and reviews, the setup behind my multi location SEO, and franchise networks add shared profiles and brand rules, which franchise SEO services handle.
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, because Google decides them and distance to the searcher is outside anyone's control. I show you the plan, do the work and report every month, so you can judge it yourself.
Not ready to pick a plan yet? These are the things I check first on any local business profile, so you can see what a package should be fixing.
It downloads right away and lands in your inbox too. No newsletter.
