7 to 184 clicks a month, and 374 calls in 6 months
Brand new site, zero paid ads. 1.57K clicks and 115K impressions over 16 months, and 374 calls from Google Search and Maps in the first half of 2026 alone, from people who needed a plumber now.
For businesses with two or more locations
Every branch ranked in its own area, none competing with each other.
Multi location SEO services get each of your branches ranking in the Google map pack and local results around its own address, without your locations competing with each other. I set up one Google Business Profile and one location page per branch, keep details consistent and report calls and leads by location.
Each branch needs the same groundwork as a single-location business, which is the core of my local SEO work: its own profile, page and reviews. The difference is that they all have to point at each other correctly and never fight for the same search. I build that structure once, then add every new location the same way.
Branch profiles / Location pages / Overlap fixes / Citations per branch / Reviews per branch / Branch reporting
Every location gets its own verified Google Business Profile with its own phone number, hours, photos and categories. Each profile links to that branch's page, not your home page, the way I set up profiles in my Google Maps SEO services.
Each page covers what is true for that branch: address, team, services offered there, nearby areas and reviews from local customers. No templates with the town name swapped in.
When two pages target the same town or service, Google often shows neither well. I give every page a clear area and job to rank for, and fix internal links so each search has one obvious answer.
Each branch listed with its own details on Apple Maps, Bing Places, Yelp and the directories in your industry, plus local links in the areas each branch serves.
A review routine every branch can follow, so newer locations do not sit at a handful of reviews while the original location has hundreds.
Opening another branch? It gets a profile, page and citations from the start, using the setup already working for the others, so nothing is missed on opening day. Franchise networks add locations the same way, with one difference: the franchisee shares the profile, so ownership rules come first.
Same city, several branches
Two branches in the same city are the hardest setup, because their pages and profiles target the same searches. I split them by neighborhood and service area so each one ranks where it is closest, instead of both landing on page two.
Each branch ranks where it is closest.
REAL CLIENTS, REAL NUMBERS
No multi-location case study yet, so here are four local businesses I ranked from scratch, one location each. Every one of your branches gets the same groundwork they did.
Brand new site, zero paid ads. 1.57K clicks and 115K impressions over 16 months, and 374 calls from Google Search and Maps in the first half of 2026 alone, from people who needed a plumber now.
Launched with nothing, no clicks, no impressions. 2.09K clicks and 86K impressions over 16 months, and 370 calls from Google Search and Maps in the first half of 2026. No ad spend.
Urgent service where whoever ranks first takes the call. Tracked in SerpFox: one term from ~90 to top 3, another from 26 to 2nd, a third from the 50s to 2nd.
My first ever SEO project, my mom's salon. Grew to 1.19K clicks and 48K impressions, reaching positions 1-2 on Google for the searches that bring in clients.
Google leans heavily on how close a location is to the person searching, so each branch has to rank around its own address. When two branches sit close together, a weak setup can leave both fighting over the same spot.

A report for several locations should rank each branch around its own address and show which page Google picks for each town. If two branches start competing for the same searches, the report should catch it before calls drop.
Monthly SEO Report
Multi-location, month 6Example report
| Keyword | Map pack | Organic |
|---|---|---|
| physical therapy near me, Plano branch | #9 to #2 | #18 to #6 |
| physical therapy near me, Frisco branch | #16 to #5 | #31 to #12 |
| sports injury clinic Allen | #12 to #4 | #27 to #9 |
Example layout with illustrative numbers. There is no multi-location case study yet, so nothing in this report is client data.
A multi location SEO agency often runs each branch as a separate account, with different people and reports that never line up. With me one person handles every location, so a change on one branch page is checked against the others before it goes live.

Three steps, starting with a map of which branch should rank for which search.
I list every branch, its profile and its page, then check who ranks where around each address. I look for duplicate listings, branches with the wrong phone number and pages that compete for the same town, and you get a plan ordered by the branches losing the most calls.
Then I fix the structure: one verified profile and one location page per branch, each linked to the other, with clear service areas and no overlap. Citations get matched branch by branch, so Google never mixes up two of your locations.
Then I grow each branch: local links in its area, steady reviews and new service pages where a branch can take more work. Your report shows rankings and calls per location, so you can see which branches pull their weight.
A few simple rules, so you know exactly what to expect. They keep the work on results, not meetings.
A short intro call, then a second call where I walk you through your audit and plan. After that, things stay simple over email, and I reply within a day.
One clear report on the same date every month: your money keyword rankings, the calls they bring and the links I built.
Work starts once I have access to your Google Business Profile and main listings. It takes about 20 minutes.
If your site holds you back, I rebuild it once around the services you want to rank for. One review round, no endless redesigns.
A simple agreement, not a 12-month contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice, because it has to work for both of us.
Your website, content, profiles and accounts stay in your name. If we ever stop working together, you keep all of it.

Plans start at $2,000 a month, month to month. Two or three branches in one region usually fit Starter or Growth, while larger networks across several cities usually need Scale. For a full breakdown, see my local SEO plans.

Every branch shares the same website and its strength, so one good fix often helps several locations at once. Put in your numbers to see how many extra leads a month cover the plan.
1. Your numbers
What one customer is worth over time: the first job or visit plus repeat business and referrals.
Fill in both and your LTV updates above.
What you keep from each sale after the costs of delivering it (labor, materials, product or service costs). Leave at 100% to judge on revenue.
Out of 10 leads (calls, forms, bookings or direction requests), how many turn into paying customers?
Nobody can promise an exact number, and some branches will always get more searches than others. Try a few. I will give you a realistic range for your locations on the intro call.

That is all it takes for SEO to pay for itself. Could Google bring you that many more a month?
If SEO brings 0 leads a month

Want a second opinion? I will check these numbers with you on the intro call, honestly.
An estimate from your own numbers, not a promise of results. SEO usually takes 4 to 12 months to build up.
The questions owners of several locations ask before hiring for SEO.
Most SEO services cost from $1,500 to $10,000+ a month, depending on how many branches you have and how competitive each area is. My plans start at $2,000 a month, month to month, with no lock-in.
Map pack movement often shows in 2 to 4 months and organic rankings in 4 to 6 months or more. Branches in busy areas and brand new locations usually take longer than established ones.
Yes. Each branch needs one page with its own address, details and reviews, linked from its Google Business Profile. Pages that only swap the town name rarely rank.
No. Google expects one profile per real location that serves customers during its stated hours. Combining them goes against Google's guidelines and leaves the other branches off the map.
A little. In a franchise the brand and the franchisee share each profile, so franchise SEO company work starts with who owns what. Dental groups add patient privacy rules to every review reply, which my dental SEO services handle office by office.
Ask how they stop branches competing with each other, whether you get rankings per location, and who does the work. Be wary of anyone promising the top three for every branch, since rankings depend on distance and local competitors.
Not ready to hire anyone yet? Run these 12 checks on each of your branch profiles, from categories to hours, and see which location is holding the rest back.
It downloads right away and lands in your inbox too. No newsletter.
