7 to 184 clicks a month, and 374 calls in 6 months
Brand new site, zero paid ads. 1.57K clicks and 115K impressions over 16 months, and 374 calls from Google Search and Maps in the first half of 2026 alone, from people who needed a plumber now.
For businesses that need a new site that ranks
Built for Google first, not patched up after launch.
Website design and SEO services build your new site around the searches your customers make, then keep it ranking. I plan the pages, structure, speed and schema before design starts, map every old URL so you keep existing rankings, and follow launch with monthly SEO. The build is a one-time setup fee.
Most redesigns treat SEO as a plugin added at the end, which is how sites launch looking better and ranking worse. I plan the search side first, so the design is built around pages that already have a job to do. Sometimes a rebuild is not needed at all, because many WordPress sites rank badly for reasons a fix can solve, like structure, plugins and speed, which is the work of my WordPress SEO services.
Site structure / Service pages / Page speed / Schema / Redirect mapping / Monthly SEO
Every page planned around a search people actually make, with one page per service and area you want to rank for, before a single layout is drawn.
Light pages, compressed images and minimal scripts so the site passes the Core Web Vitals checks Google uses, tested on mobile rather than a fast office connection.
Every old URL that ranks or has links mapped to its new home before launch, then checked in Search Console afterwards. The same migration care I take as part of technical SEO.
Clear service pages, click to call, short forms and proof like reviews and photos, so visitors who arrive from Google get in touch.
The build is a one-time setup fee quoted on your roadmap call. After launch, the site moves onto a monthly SEO plan for links, new pages and fixes, so it keeps climbing.
Business, service and FAQ schema built into the templates, so Google and AI tools read the site correctly from launch. AI SEO is part of every monthly plan.
Local businesses
Building a site for a business that serves one area? The site gets a page per service and per town you cover, tied to your Google Business Profile, the way I build every local business SEO project.
Built to win the map and the organic results.
REAL CLIENTS, REAL NUMBERS
An electrician and a plumbing site I built and ranked from scratch, plus a drain cleaning business and a hair salon.
Brand new site, zero paid ads. 1.57K clicks and 115K impressions over 16 months, and 374 calls from Google Search and Maps in the first half of 2026 alone, from people who needed a plumber now.
Launched with nothing, no clicks, no impressions. 2.09K clicks and 86K impressions over 16 months, and 370 calls from Google Search and Maps in the first half of 2026. No ad spend.
Urgent service where whoever ranks first takes the call. Tracked in SerpFox: one term from ~90 to top 3, another from 26 to 2nd, a third from the 50s to 2nd.
My first ever SEO project, my mom's salon. Grew to 1.19K clicks and 48K impressions, reaching positions 1-2 on Google for the searches that bring in clients.
After launch, a report should prove the new site did not lose what the old one had, then show it gaining: rankings, speed on mobile and the leads each page brings. A pretty new homepage is not a result on its own.
Monthly SEO Report
New site + SEO, month 6Example report
| Keyword | Start | Month 6 |
|---|---|---|
| med spa near me | Not ranking | #6 |
| botox Scottsdale | #42 | #9 |
| laser hair removal Scottsdale | #57 | #12 |
Example layout with illustrative numbers from a made-up site launch, so nothing in this report is client data.
Most web design and SEO companies are design studios that add SEO at the end, or SEO agencies that hand the build to a contractor. I plan, build and rank the site myself, so the person who decided the structure is the one responsible for whether it ranks. When you hire an SEO expert for a new site, ask who owns that decision.
Working with me

Three steps, with the search plan done before the design starts.
First I research the searches your customers make, check what your current site ranks for and which pages have links, and plan the new site page by page around that. You get the sitemap, the redirect map and a one-time setup quote on the roadmap call before anything is built.
Then I build the site with the SEO in place: structure, fast templates, schema, service pages written to rank and bring leads, and click to call and forms that work on a phone. Before launch I test the redirects and speed on a staging copy, so launch day is quiet.
Then the monthly SEO plan starts: links to your money pages, new pages where the data shows demand and fixes when a ranking slips. Your report shows rankings, speed and the leads each page brings, so you can see what the new site is earning.
A few simple rules, so you know exactly what to expect. They keep the work on results, not meetings.
A short intro call, then a second call where I walk you through your audit and plan. After that, things stay simple over email, and I reply within a day.
One clear report on the same date every month: your money keyword rankings, the calls they bring and the links I built.
Work starts once I have access to your Google Business Profile and main listings. It takes about 20 minutes.
If your site holds you back, I rebuild it once around the services you want to rank for. One review round, no endless redesigns.
A simple agreement, not a 12-month contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice, because it has to work for both of us.
Your website, content, profiles and accounts stay in your name. If we ever stop working together, you keep all of it.
If that sounds like how you like to work, send me your site. Book an Intro Call
The build is a one-time setup fee, quoted on your roadmap call once I know how many pages and services you need. After launch, SEO plans start at $2,000 a month, month to month.
$2,000/month
One location in a normal market.
For competitive markets
$3,500/month
For businesses competing in busier local markets.
from $5,000/month
Several locations or franchise networks.
Need a new website? SEO-first rebuilds are a one-time setup fee, quoted on your roadmap call.
A website that looks good but does not rank brings no one to see it, so judge the build by the customers it brings. Put in your numbers to see how many extra leads a month cover the monthly SEO plan.
1. Your numbers
What one customer is worth to you over time: the first sale or job plus repeat business and referrals.
Fill in both and your LTV updates above.
What you keep from each sale after the costs of delivering it (labor, materials, product or service costs). Leave at 100% to judge on revenue.
Out of 10 leads from your website (calls, forms, bookings), how many become paying customers?
Nobody can promise an exact number, and keyword tools often undercount real searches. Try a few. I will give you a realistic range on the intro call.

2. What it is worth
0Extra leads / month to break even
That is all it takes for SEO to pay for itself. Could Google bring you that many more a month?
If SEO brings 0 leads a month
0% return on the plan
Want a second opinion? I will check these numbers with you on the intro call, honestly.
An estimate from your own numbers, not a promise of results. SEO usually takes 4 to 12 months to build up.
The questions people ask before rebuilding their website with SEO in mind.
The website is a one-time setup fee, quoted on the roadmap call because it depends on the number of pages and services. Most SEO services cost from $1,500 to $10,000+ a month, and my plans start at $2,000 a month after launch.
You can, if old URLs are not redirected properly, which is the most common reason traffic drops after a redesign. I map every URL that ranks or has links before launch and check it afterwards.
Organic rankings often show in 4 to 6 months or more, and map pack movement for local businesses often in 2 to 4 months. A rebuild that keeps the old rankings starts from where you are, not from zero.
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings. What I can promise is a site built with the structure, speed and pages that give it the best chance, and report every month on how it is doing.
Store redesigns carry the most risk, because hundreds of product and category URLs need to keep their rankings, so they follow my ecommerce SEO services process. If the site exists to bring inquiries, every page is planned around the calls and forms it should bring, the focus of my SEO lead generation services.
The build is designed to be followed by monthly SEO, because a new site with no links or ongoing work rarely ranks for anything competitive. We can talk through what fits on the intro call.
